Common Questions	Answers
What is a Studio?	A studio is a one large room space, similar to a hotel room, with toilet/bathroom facilities, 2 to 3 single beds, and just about all the studios have a balcony. In addition, since all Studios are self catering, they all have a kitchenette with all the necessary equipment to prepare your own breakfast and light meals. There are Double Studios (for 2 persons) and Triple Studios (for 3 persons). For information about a specific accommodation, go to the Studios Pages.
What is an Apartment?	All apartments consist either of 1 or 2 bedrooms and an open plan Kitchen/Living room combination. The bedrooms consist of either 2 single or one full size beds. In the living area, there is a sofa bed that can sleep on to 2 persons, so a 1 Bedroom apartment is suitable for 2 to 4 persons. What is the difference between a Double and a Triple or Quadruple Apartments/Studio/Hotel room?	A double Hotel room, or Double Studio, is for 2 persons. The Triple for 3 persons and the Quadruple for 4. The apartments are based on the number on Bedrooms and each bedroom can sleep up to 2 persons.
What is a DOUBLE +CHILD room?	It is a Triple room (larger than a Double) and it is for 2 adults plus one child under 12 years old.
Up to what age do the children go FREE?	From birth and up to 24 months old, but ONLY when accompanied by 2 adults. If accompanied by only ONE adult, then the child pays as an adult.
When is the CHILD RATE applicable?	Child rate is applies to anyone between the age of 25 months and up to 12 years old. For someone to pay as a child, he/she must be accompanied by 2 adults. Otherwise he/she will pay as an adult.
What is the difference between B/B Bed & Breakfast, H/B Half Board, & A/I All Inclusive?	B/B, Bed & Breakfast is exactly that. In most cases the breakfast is of a "Continental" type(Tea, Coffee or Fruit Juice, Bread roll, Butter & Preserve) H/B Half Board however, includes the above, but also includes Evening Dinner. A/I All Inclusive means just that.! Meals, Drinks, Ice Creams etc are all included in the price.
How do I know if Air Condition is included in the room rate?	Each accommodation has it's own rates page, and here you will find information on what is - or is not - included in the daily rate.
I see on the Rates page Air Condition is charged seperately. Is this an option which I can chose not to take?	YES.! If the accommodation states Air Condition as an option, then you chose whether you wish to utilise the facility or not. Recent improvements in accommodation status has led to almost all accommodations now installing A/C as a standard, including it in the room rates and charges.
My departure flight does not leave until the early hours of the morning. Is it possible to keep my room on for a while longer?	Each accommodation have their own policy on this matter. Most allow guests to keep on their room for a few hours, and have their own system of charging for this service. However, availability of this service is dependant on arrival times of new guests, as the room has to be serviced ready for them to use after your departure. It is wise therefore, to ask for services such as this, as soon as possible upon arrival at your accommodation.
Does the rate for the accommodation include return transfer to and from my accommodation to the airport?	Some accommodations provide transfer, and information can be found on their specific rates page as to whether any charges for this service are applicable. Where it is not provided, arrangements regarding transfer to and from accommodation, are solely the responsibility of the traveller/guest unless pre-arranged with us. During the holiday season, there are plenty of taxis located at the airport, who will be very happy to take you to your accommodation. And fares are very reasonable.!
I have special needs, and wish to know if my chosen accommodation provides facillities for me. Where can I find this information?	Almost all accommodations provide information about their facilities and services such as special needs. This information can be found on the specific accommodation, FACILITIES page.
Does my accommodation provide any sightseeing excursions or other tours?	If the accommodation have tours, excursions on offer, information about their schedule is published in-house. Some hotels provide evening entertainment and "Greek Nights" where you can sample some of the local dishes and wines.! Usually these offers have a small charge.
