Room rates and how they are calculated
 The room type denotes also the maximum number of persons that can sleep in a room.
SINGLE ROOM Rate for 1 person only (small room for ONLY person)
DOUBLE ROOM Rate for 2 persons (not per person) and it does not mean 2 rooms.
TRIPLE ROOM Rate for 3 persons (not per person) and it does not mean 3 rooms.
QUADRUPLE ROOM Rate for 4 persons (not per person), usually 2 adults + 2 children and it does not mean 4 rooms. 
Rates include VAT (local and government (State) taxes.)

If there is a swimming pool available, Chairs and Umbrellas are provided free of charge for the guests only.

WHAT IS A STUDIO, APARTMENT and HOTEL ROOM
STUDIOS

Consist of 1 open plan room, 15-20 sq. meters of space, with private toilet-W/C, Kitchenette with basic facilities and equipment, Balcony. All beds are single beds unless otherwise indicated. Air Condition may or may not be available and may or may not be included in rate. See each individual accommodations rates page for more information.

APARTMENTS Apartments consist of 1 or 2 bedrooms as it is indicated on each individual accommodation's page.
HOTEL ROOMS One open space room, with private toilet, Shower or Bathtub and most rooms have a balcony. All Deluxe and Class A! Hotels have Bathtubs!

SELF CATERING: STUDIOS, APARTMENTS & VILLAS; IT IS DIFFERENT FOR EACH ACCOMMODATION. SOME INCLUDE IT IN THE RATE, WHILE OTHERS CHARGE EXTRA. WHATEVER THE CASE, IT IS EXPLAINED IN EACH ACCOMMODATION'S RATES PAGE.

BOARD TYPES

B/B=Bed & Breakfast (Means that Breakfast is included in rate and is normally served between 07:00 to 10:30 am)

H/B=Half board (means Breakfast and Dinner are included in the advertised rate.
F/B=Full board (Includes Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)  
A/I=All Inclusive (Includes Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner, Drinks, Snacks, Ice Creams, Coffees, Sweets etc.)  

S/C=Self Catering (Does not include any meals whatsoever. These accommodation normally have a small kitchenette with all the necessary kitchen facilities and equipment to prepare light meals, e.g. breakfast.


* CONFIRMATIONS: Will be sent manually, within 2 hours from the time we receive your completed Secure Reservation Form. After hours or weekends, we will send your confirmation within the first 2 working hours on the next business day.

* If a particular accommodation (hotel or self catering) is not available, we will offer you an alternative option within the same area, same quality standards and same price range.

Business Hours: Our office is open from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm local time, Mon-Sat. We are closed on Sundays
