Gennadi Beach

Gennadi is located about 12 km south of Lindos. It is surrounded by beautiful  countryside and beaches. The beach is situated on the extensive Gennadi Bay. It is one of the best beaches on the island. There you will find umbrellas, Sun-beds, water-sports, small bars, restaurants and taverns that serve cool and refreshing drinks and traditional Greek food is served at the taverns.

Gennadi Village, only 400m from Gennadi beach, is a charming traditional and modern Greek village with many old and new houses. The many taverns, Tourist shops, and cafes, are located on one of the narrow, center village streets.  Gennadi also offers all the facilities you would expect in a modern holiday destination. By day, organized excursions are available to Lindos Town, and the Acropolis of Lindos, Rhodes old Town and castle, trips around the island, and to the ruins at ancient Kamiros and various Monasteries and ancient churches.
